Yes — the launch fee is a single one-time engagement charge. There are no recurring or hidden charges for the setup itself. You only pay vendors for the goods and services you choose to buy.
What exactly do you do for the fee?
We map your complete setup requirements, source verified vendors across every category, get you competitive quotes, support negotiation, and (on Standard and Turnkey) coordinate delivery and installation — so you go from idea to operational with one partner.
Which package should I choose?
Starter suits a small shop or single-category setup. Standard fits an office, retail outlet or small unit needing coordination. Turnkey is for factories or multi-category setups needing on-site, end-to-end management.
Do vendor costs come on top?
Yes. The launch fee covers our sourcing and coordination service. The actual goods, equipment and services are quoted competitively by vendors, and you approve what you buy.
Can I continue sourcing after launch?
Absolutely. Launch clients get a buyer account, so once you're set up you can keep sourcing on Sourso — and move to a buyer subscription for ongoing procurement whenever you're ready.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST is added at checkout and a proper GST invoice is issued.
